I need some help setting up my AirCurve 10 Vauto please

This is probably been asked before I would think.

I bought a ResMed AirCurve 10 and I want to set it up in VAuto mode. I have been using an AirSense 11 in APAP mode for 2 years. My apnea level is very low but my Flow limitation is higher than it should be.

I am enclosing a screenshot from OSCAR so that if you want to help, you can see my Device Settings. Thank you in advance for any help you will provide to me.

Are you having much, if any, nasal congestion?

No. Every night before I go to sleep I use nasal spray to clear my nose.

Do you have any suggestions on what to set my AirCurve 10 VAuto settings to?

Are you wanting to sort of mimic the apap settings with the VAuto but use a little more PS than you can get using EPR?

Your AHI is nothing so other than the flow limitations your report is better than mine.

Try this
Mode....VAuto
EPAP.... 8
PS..... 4
Max IPAP.... 14
Leave all the other comfort features and settings to the factory defaults. The defaults work very well for most people.

I have no idea if this will help or not but gotta start somewhere.

Yes my AHI is good. My main concern is my Flow Limitation is too high and I want to get that problem solved.
