There are two separate things going on here. The recall offered either a replacement CPAP machine, or a $50 payment for an older machine if you chose not to get a replacement machine. There is also a class action settlement from Philips. You are automatically a member of the class if you participated in the recall process. You should get a payment if you didn't opt out of the settlement. The minimum payout from the class action settlement is around $150.
