Who told you the flow limitations were a "little high" ?
To my eye that's about a nothing of a FL activity as one can get.
I know it is probably cleaner than my FL graph.

You didn't mention how you are feeling and sleeping......that's critical information.

If you are sleeping good and feeling good then I wouldn't change a darn thing.

Wow thanks for the quick reply. I posted it on another forum and was told that i need to fix my flow limits. I use the nasal pillow. I'm trying to figure the charts out but it's overwhelming me. I think I opened my mouth in the middle of the night and that could be why it's "high". I feel I got good sleep but when the person said that I got scared.

Your Flow Limitations are NOT considered high at all.
Whomever told you they are too high and need to be "fixed" doesn't know what they are talking about.
I can't seem to get imgur to work properly for me to share one of my own reports but the one below is from someone a while back....and the FLs are horribly high. Probably the worst I have ever seen.
Yours are barely above the "nothing to see here" and I would just ignore them range.
