3rd party nasal-pillow replacements. Evil?

Am I a bad person for using aftermarket 3rd-party replacements for my P30i nasal pillows? Because so far I'm liking them and the changes in design and the price:

I have seen replacements for much cheaper on ebay iirc.

I have search saved on ebay and it emails when new stuff arrives. My search is for new, US location, and I also set separate search for part number.

The factory sealed ones do not involve bravery my friend.

I find when you see a “lot” such as I posted, with multiple units they tend to be less costly. The 2-3pk of sealed ones had a make offer option as well. I always look it over closely in case it was mislabeled but have had good experience. Sometimes when you put on watch list they make you an offer also.

I’ve gotten my n30 cushions for as little as $7/each buying a “lot” of them.

And now for my embarrassing public confession: I have never in my life ever bought anything on/from/thru ebay. Ima big ole chicken.

Yeah. I know. I need to move into modern times. But I've always been more of an old-fashioned Walmart-Sams-Costco-Amazon kind of guy.

Let me know if you see a spacesuit on sale in XXXL, though. That way maybe I can go outdoors around here between dusk and dawn without worrying about mosquitoes.

My medicare copay is considerably lower.

honestly I am just super careful about “item location “ in the filters so I only get products in the US. Read description carefully and if it isn’t clear I ask the seller questions. Putting stuff on watchlist often gets you a discount offer but “make an offer” maybe gets you a better deal. That’s diff from a bid btw.

There’s a bunch of brick and mortar and internet stores that sell there as well and my CC gives me 3% off of paypal purchases.

Funny story: a few weeks back, hot off of the “which would you rather meet in the woods? A bear or a dude?” survey period, I went for walk in the woods. It was buggy and I had brought the mesh bug hat and put it on. I thought I might look silly to a passerby so swore to self I would quickly pull it off if I came upon someone. Further along, I ran into a dude and we both laughed because we were BOTH stylishly wearing a bug net.

The single-walled pillows and redesigned vent below the pillows are highlights to me.

Regarding ebay, they have improved considerably since I started using them when they were a newer platform. Back then it buyer beware with no recourse for the buyer if they got ripped off. Now it is more seller beware. It is easy for a buyer to open a dispute, and ebay will refund if the seller does not respond or is at fault. I think sellers now know this and respond more quickly and refund more quickly because they don't want to get into it with ebay's bot.
