Dream Station 2 Heater won't work

I have had this Dream Station 2 now since Spring of this year from the recall. The last week the humidifier doesn't use any water. I have changed the setting to 5 and still nothing being used at night. Has anyone had theirs replaced due to this issue. I have read where they have issues with their wiring on the heaters. This should be covered under warranty. Its drying out my sinuses especially this time of year.

With the machine running and the humidifier at 4-5...Touch the heating plate under the water tub. If its warm or hot, the humidifier is working. Be careful..sometimes its very hot.
