Hi All,
Just noticed the sleepstyle doesnt offer an option to choose full face, nasal, nasal pillows etc.
Im about to move from a BMC full face to a BMC P2 pillow mask, after trialling every other mask
out there. The main issue for me being that most masks tend to block my nasal passages.
The BMC F52 has been the best choice so far and I just received the P2 which also seems to offer
better therapy for myself without blocking my nasal passages.
Is there any consensus regarding pressure changes necessary when moving from full face to nasal pillows ?
F&P sleepstyle, no mask type options. and best mask

1. How do you plan on keeping your mouth closed tight?Marcusstephen wrote: ↑Sun Sep 17, 2023 7:39 pmIs there any consensus regarding pressure changes necessary when moving from full face to nasal pillows ?
2. What are your current pressure settings?

Hi and tks for the response ,
After trying the p52 I’m convinced again i’m a full face person. My pressure settings are auto min 10 max 14.
I found these setting too high for nasal pillows

Nasal pillows have been successfully used with pressures greater than 20 cm. H2O.
The key is to get used to it.
Thinking that nasal pillows can only be used at low pressures is a common misconception.
It is completely WRONG!

Even though the OP may have his mind made up;
I am putting out the common observation for others.
Please note: not all cpaps have settings for different masks.
The purpose of these settings is sometimes a puzzle.
If there is no setting, don't lose sleep over it.
