and it's bilevel, not bpap. just so you know!
Previously, this link opened the instructions for the Prisma 25S device where the doctor's menu was described. And now the instruction manual for the prism smart device opens. I can no longer find the Prisma 25S physician settings manual on this resource https://www.manualslib.com/manual/15346 ... Smart.html
There is a suspicion that the instruction was removed due to a complaint.
Please check if the doctor settings manual has been removed or I just don't know how to search?

If you are comfortable giving me your email address I have the provider manual for the Prisma 25S that I got from the apneaboard the other night. I can email it to you and just attach the files (there were 2 that I was sent, one is just some sort of text file).

Just send me a PM with your email address. No need to post it publicly.

ENT doctor and reading the forum helped me to add to myself another diagnosis is Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome. It was because of Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome that I suffocated when using the SPAP device and did not have 100% effective sleep. SPAP therapy cleared up my apnea, but for some reason it doesn't deal with my Upper Airway Resistance.

My action plan consists of two parts. The first part is more tests to try to determine the cause of my Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome. The second part is to use technical means to improve my sleep given my diagnosis of Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome.

Please tell me what examinations I should undergo in addition to the ones I found while reading this forum thread? Have they checked you for autoimmune angioedema , raynauds, psoriatic arthritis , RA and other autoimmune issues.

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=178490&p=1341835&hi ... 0c41b56a4e

I realized that I should go back to the full face mask, I should also try the foam collar, and the bed that tilts at 45 degrees. What other means can help in solving the problem of Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome?

My favorite mask today is the F 20 with a foam seal. The foam seal works very well with my air leaks from under the mask, does not irritate the skin, and does not require much tightening of the straps on the mask.

But for me, the most comfortable mask is also the F30i, but unfortunately it does not have a prolon seal.
Tell me, please, have you seen an F30i mask with a foam seal on sale?
Am I going to have to ask ResMed to consider releasing the F30i mask with a foam seal.

No. Sorry but I don't know of any mask with the memory foam cushion other than the AirTouch F20.

Now could ResMed be working on developing a F30i version that uses memory foam....it's possible but ResMed never releases any information about any mask that is still in development. We find out when ResMed finally releases a new mask model.

Now ResMed is the only manufacturer that I am aware of that even offers the memory foam cushion...there might be others somewhere but I haven't seen them.

Has anyone tried such a mouth mask in combination with nasal pillows Hybrid Full Face CPAP Mask with Nasal Pillows and Headgear?
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/respca ... -cpap-mask
My F30i mask is a pretty comfortable mask, but I experience frequent air leaks near my nose. Do the combination of a mask with ns pillows solve the problem? And is such a solution convenient for any of the users?

I used the RespCare Hybrid for many years. Then I switched to the F30 Inot the F30i).
I much prefer the F30.
The Hybrid is heavier and noisier, much noisier. I had to make sure the exhale stream didn't hit my arm, the bedclothes, or even the hose...

Have you studied the instructions for fitting the F30i? Are you sure you have the right size?

Good thing you asked about the dimensions of the F30i mask. According to the second template, my size is standard. According to the first pattern (if I measured correctly) I have a size M, but when I used this size, I could not overcome the air leakage in the nose of the mask. I switched to a size W and the air leakage almost stopped bothering me. In size W, a lot more silicone covers my nose, and I can tighten the mask tighter. I want to try the F30 mask. In the F30i mask, I don't like the air ducts on the sides of the mask, they rub my face, the straps are more comfortable for me. But my seller informed me that F30 does not have size W, only size S and M. I am waiting for the fitting after April 12th for the F30 mask in size M, but I am afraid that it will be too small for me and I will be worried about the leakage near the nose again.

Congratulations! At the moment, I have solved all the inconveniences that bothered me during CPAP therapy. Except for one that wakes me up every night. It's a problem when my Resmed 11 won't release the pressure and it stays around 9-10 and it causes leaks and wakes me up. I know that all you have to do is turn the device off and on with a button, but this is extremely disruptive to my good sleep. I absolutely love my Resmed 11 and wouldn't want to change it because of this problem. Please help with the advice of someone who managed to solve this problem, or suggest topics where attempts to solve this problem were discussed. I will be extremely grateful for any help in solving this issue with the device freezing.

I thought the Airsense 11 had a setting for auto-on.
You might have to access it from the "clinician" menu.

I ask for forgiveness, but I don’t understand your sake. I had automatic adjustments to the vise again 7-14. The seller recommending a change to fix 8-11.

Auto-on is another setting, where the machine turns on in response to your breathing.
No need to reach over and press the button to turn the cpap on.
This is separate from the pressure adjustment.

On the Airsense 11
SmartStart™* Enable/disable the SmartStart feature. If you enable the SmartStart feature, the
device will start automatically when the patient breathes into the mask.

SmartStop* Enable/disable the SmartStop feature. If you enable the SmartStop feature, the
device will stop automatically when the patient removes the mask
Each has an On/Off mode. You need both to make the machine stop when you pull the mask from your face, and start when you start breathing into the mask.
