New to Oscar and this forum

Post by vwm » Wed Mar 22, 2023 4:11 am

I have been using my dreamstation-2 for several weeks and uploaded my data to Oscar.
The reason I am posting is I am concerned about my heart while I am sleeping. Here's an example: (last night).
I fell asleep right away and slept for 4 hours, had a pleasant dream, then awoke with my heart quivering (racing). This happens every night (multiple time per night).
When I wake up, I notice my heart racing and I immediately take several deep breaths to get my heart to slow down.
I had successful AFIB ablation 2 weeks ago and I am concerned I'm going to screw it up and get AFIB again, if I can't figure out what is causing the heart quivering (racing) thing.
Attached is my Oscar screen shots, if this helps.
Please let me know if more info is needed.
Thanks in advance. Vic.

More info - what happened to the graphs on right hand side? See how others do theirs and of course read Oscar info carefully. Good to know left hand results but experts need to see the graphs.

Yes.

The results from a simultaneous Holter Monitor.
Freeze this moment a little bit longer.
Make each sensation a little bit stronger.
Experience slips away.

Rubicon is absolutely correct. (as usual)

The only way to know what is going on over night is a 24 hour Holter Monitor.

I had a problem with periods of slow heart rate during the daytime, called my electrophysiologist and was asked if it was happening over night. I told him I had no idea.
So he put me on a Holter Monitor overnight. All was well (for me) :D

Only way to know what is going on while sleeping. Other wise only guessing.

Good luck.

By the way I had a Hybrid Ablation about three month ago. Successful so far.
