I just switched from nasal mask to the pillows on a ResMed machine. When I am just resting, things seem to operate OK. However, when I sleep I pick up 17 AHI per night and lots of gear on-off. This is unusual, particularly since I am not taking the mask off at all. My options on the ResMed:
Ramp 30 mins
Climate control manual
Tube temp. 82 degrees
Humidity level 4
Pressure relief on
Smart start off
Mask pillows
Any hints would be appreciated.

Re: New N30i mask AHI problems
An OSCAR chart of the night would be helpful.
Mask (Gear) On/Off is poorly named, it actually means turning the machine on and off.
More info is needed.
