Need AirSense 11 Info

Today I went over to my buddies house to help him setup his AirSense 11. I couldn't figure out how to get in to it. I have the 10. I have had the 10, 9, 8 and never had a problem getting into them. How do you get into the clinicians part of it???It's really different than the ones's I'v had. Is there a clinicians manual for the 11?

Provider/clinician manual for the AirSense 11 from ResMed itself and no pay wall or sign in thingy.
Should work for everyone.

One finger on each of the two main menu squares for 3 to 5 seconds opens the clinicians menu ..
