MyAir data reports

My machine is not transmitting data to Resmed for the MyAir reports. The only help I got from their website was to unplug it for 40 seconds. That didn't change anything.

It's a Resmed Air Sense 10. Anybody else have this machine and have any suggestions?

Is this a relatively new machine or had it been transmitting data, but stopped doing so? Some of the recent production models of the Air Sense 10 Autosets are what are know as 'Card to Cloud' and they do not have a cellular modem that would transmit the machines data to MyAir, but do have a slot for inserting an SD Card to save data. The data from the SD Card can be read and viewed with the OSCAR software.

Her profile shows an AirCurve not AirSense. It was the 2022 AirSense models that were C to C.

Maybe hers was a 4g or even (gasp) 3g,
and the cell service was changed.
I hate when that happens--which is way too often IMO.
