CPAP or BPAP

Post by djohnn » Wed Feb 01, 2023 7:21 pm

Hello all,
I use a Resmed Airsense 10 and to keep my AHI under 5 I need the max pressure 20. I use it in fixed pressure mode after lengthy trial/error.
I'm struggling exhaling even with EPR at 3. I'm considering a BiPAP.

Does anyone have any similar experience or have switched to a BiPap?
Thanks for your input!

With pressure that high, I would definitely recommend you change to a bi-level machine. Preferably the ResMed AirCurve 10 VAUTO.

Growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional.
