Hello!
Newbie here.
Overall I did ok night one. However, my ears were sensitive and popped quite a bit and yawning or opening mouth was so strange! My ears are sensitive today and still popping. Feels similar to the onset of swimmers ear.
I know i have to get use to this and play with settings. Any recommendations for masks and settings help with the sensitive and popping ears? Im a little claustrophobic but may be open to trying something minimal over mouth and nose if it may help my ears.
Me: AHI. 8.2. Prescribed auto cpap Luna 3. Setting 5-.20 cmH2O. Trying the Airfit N30i nasal pillow mask. My setting are: humidifier 2 of 5. Heated tubing 3 of 5. Reslex 2 of 3.
Advise appreciated.

Hopefully it's only temporary as you first adjust to cpap use.
Ear Nose & throat are all connected and air pressure from Cpap can affect the ear. I had this issue and it caused a fullness feeling and sometimes ache in one or both of my ears. This seemed to be worse in the winter months or when congested but In my case it went away.

I always get this if I yawn. The answer is to stifle the yawn if possible. If not, my ears will pop. I have to briefly hit the off button, open my mouth wide to stretch the eustachian tubes, then turn the machine on again. Just takes a few seconds.
