I have been using the Resmed F20 for some time. I thing the the head gear has changed as it is too big. I use a Medium mask and the strap that come with box is hard to keep in adjustment especially after about 1 month of wear. The upper straps become too long for the velcro to attach. I have tried the smaller straps. But getting that from the DME is not possible. With the new Resmed 11, the stats always show big leaks.
Has anyone used the another full face mask with success? I would like to avoid the forehead strap versions, but think will need to buy either the Quattro, Ultra Mirage, or the F
&P. Any suggestions for a side sleaper full face?

How "big" are the big leaks?

Have you tried washing the headgear and then drying it in a dryer with some heat? That can help shrink a stretched out cloth headgear strap back to its original size.BikeisDusty wrote: ↑Wed Jan 25, 2023 9:27 amI have been using the Resmed F20 for some time. Lsat, ranges from 5 to 40 L/m, with more days over 25 L/m.
Robysue1, have only hand washed the head gear. Will try to wash and toss it in the dryer.

I had this problem and to solve it, I took a tuck in the straps ( I shortened the top strap ). Using a safety pin covered over by painters tape to keep the tuck in place.

Re: Resmed F20 fitment
You may need to go to cpap.com or maybe Amazon and order the smaller headgear separately. It's an extra expense, but I have the same problem. I use the extra large mask, but the headgear is way too big. So.... I have to order the large headgear. All headgears tend to stretch after being worn, Usually it's early on. It seems to stretch to a certain point.... then it settles in.
