Wow, it's been months since I've posted here. Since I'm here it obviously means I need some help again. I thought I'd be fine where I last left off, but I never really noticed any improvement, so I gave up and made an appointment for a titration study. Months later I got one and just very recently the results were posted online. I haven't had a chance to talk to my doctor, not until March so I came here instead.
My titration study results say my prescription should be 8cm CPAP, but I feel like it's not making much of a difference, especially with my AHI being around 3-4. I know it's more about how I feel but 8cm fixed seems a little... underwhelming, I think.
I also don't feel like I slept enough at my sleep study, it was very difficult. I can fall dead asleep in minutes at home but not at a sleep clinic. I did sleep enough according to the nurse, but I'm still not sure. I still wake up a lot during the night too. I don't wake up coughing or choking or needing the restroom, just to be clear. I just open my eyes, change position and fall back asleep.
Would it be better to switch to APAP instead, something close to my prescription? Or maybe I should ask my primary doctor for some sleep medication so I won't wake up throughout the night? I think I remember not waking up at all when I used to take zolpidem back before all this. Or maybe 8cm fixed IS perfect for me and I'm being impatient with the results.
And to add to all this, I know I have low testosterone as well. I got checked months ago. I'm not sure if it's related to my sleep apnea, though I'm sure it is.

I recently got an Aircurve 10 VAuto, after about a month of using a Philips Respironic System One, and last night was my first night using it. I decided to use VAuto mode and these are my results. What pressure and PS would be best to change to?
I'm currently wearing a sleep backpack to keep myself on my side, a cervical collar and I sleep with a thin pillow. I wear a nasal mask, Mirage FX.

I'd try bumping the MinEPAP up by one for a starter.

Alright, here are last night's results. I woke up at around 10am partially on my back since one of my straps on my backpack was undone. I don't know how long I was like that.

Here are last night results. No problems this time, seems to be a slight improvement.

Let it sit for a day or two, and then consider going to a minepap of 10.

Okay, the pressure for the first two nights on these charts were 9 and last night I raised it to 10. There's definitely some improvement once I raised it to 10 but I might need a little more pressure. Don't know if I should keep it at 10 for awhile or raise it tonight.

Always, always, always give any setting change a few nights for the body to adjust.
Don't go changing things on a nightly basis unless the results are a disaster.

One night does NOT a trend make.....often said here.

After that, go to 11, you need more pressure the last half of the night, and the breathing issues are disturbing your sleep, waking you up, and you take the mask off to get the pressure to go down, but then you have more events. Rinse, repeat.

I was very surprised to see this score this morning.
https://imgur.com/a/0PqkYtb
I did wake up a few times and noticed my AHI was around 0-1. Usually I'll wake up and see it's around 0-1 and then later on it's 2-4.
The only difference I did before going to bed was using a blue light filter on my phone and taking stress supplements since I was nervous about getting two of my wisdom teeth removed this morning.
Should I keep it at 10 or move on to 11?

Let it sit for a couple days and see, think averages, not single nights.
