What exactly does Oscar do?
it monitors your sleep from the time you mask up until you wake up. it then produces a chart that should look something like this here-
you then post it here, right here, in your thread. then those who can read it will chip in with helpful advice about what you can do to improve your cpap journey.
How much is it?
free free and free!
Where do I look into it for review?
do a google search for oscar software review and read to your hearts content.
How easy is it to install?
fairly easy. if you've ever installed software you'll see how it goes.
pls bear in mind that oscar is a software program run on a computer as opposed to an app that runs on a phone.
loggerhead gives you some further advice here-

for the near term I’m relying on the Dr software analysis
Seems like your doc doesn't have the best track record.
You have the attention of the CPAP wizards here. Push through installing OSCAR, import the data from your card and post some relevant graphs. You'll get more valuable help like you got above with your sleep study.
