First 2 full nights on BiPAP

Post by BioXTC » Tue Dec 06, 2022 1:53 pm

Heard about this place on reddit and figured I'd post my first 2 full nights of sleep here to make sure everything looked ok to experienced users. Sunday night I didn't really have any issues, but last night I felt like I was really struggling to get my mask to fit properly, and my AHI was more than double Sundays. IIRC my sleep study AHI was 45.

You did a lot better than I did my first two nights. I only lasted two hours my first night and four hours my second night. For most people, it takes a few nights to get used to sleeping with that alien thing on their face. Expect your results to vary from night to night. We do not sleep the same way every night. Some nights we rest better than other nights. But over all, I would say you are off to a good start.
