Seem to be in a weird predicament, posting in hopes that and administrator sees or someone else on the board may have some advice.
I can no longer send private messages, the forum FAQ recommends private messaging an administrator for additional details since it's possible it maybe a lock specific to an account and not site wide... I can confirm I can also not send a private message to an administrator
Anyone else experiencing the issue, perhaps it is something site wide?

We didn't have full information above as to what was happening.
Most likely a PM was sent but then it sat in the outbox of the sender and didn't transfer over to the "sent" box immediately.
And then later it transferred over to the "sent" box and the OP was thinking someone did something at the administrator level.
Probably not what happened.
PMs (by default) will sit in the "outbox" of the sender UNTIL the receiver of the PM actually opens the PM and reads it and THEN it moves to the "sent" box" It's how people can tell if someone has read a PM they sent to someone.

Thanks Pugsy for the clarification, that actually is what happened than. Confusion on my part as Outbox and Sent Messages behave differently in other forums/email applications I utilize.
I saw the others "go through" so deleted the message I thought was holding for an administrator. Thanks again!
