awakenings on cpap

hi, i have been on cpap for about 10 months although i feel much better on it i still find mysef having frequent awakenings. i used to have awakenings more frequently without Cpap but its still a continuous issue.

CPAP fixes sleep disordered breathing problems. It doesn't magically fix other sleep problems.

If you used to have awakenings pre-CPAP and you are still experiencing frequent awakenings, it could be you are dealing with some kind of sleep maintenance insomnia problems in addition to your now treated OSA problems.

Maybe it's just your nature. I wake up a lot during my sleep, but I do not have trouble falling back to sleep.
