The main question now, is - How do I get this information into OSCAR and SleepHQ.

I seriously doubt that Apple wants to share something so proprietary with someone else. Maybe the other way around. ie I have a BP cuff app that will share the data with my iphone health app so I can look at it on my phone but it doesn't work the other way around.

Edit: You are right in noting that it would be handy to have that stuff altogether.

I thought I would post over here since some background is posted above.

I just updated my ios to 16 on my phone which was necessary to get ios9 on my apple watch. The ios 9 now has the improved sleep tracking.

I am curious to start comparing my chart to the data from the watch. If someone has experience with this please let me know. I know I can send the data to my health app on the iphone but not sure how I can get it up here for comparing to charts, other than maybe screen shots which are prob minimally helpful.

I would attempt to post the numbers from last night but the smoke alarm was tweeting around 2-3 AM when we finally got up and ripped every damned one of them off the ceilings. :) Time to change batteries. Despite that, I am happy to report my lowest AHIs so far since starting papping at .22. But the apple data looks like a hot mess!

I will keep reading to try to figure this out myself how to post here (and whether it will bring about useful discussion), but if anyone knows.....let me know.

Thanks.

(Is this appropriate place to post or is that considered hijacking? It seems to me this is the perfect place for it.)
