Water in my tube

Post by Choward1411 » Thu Aug 18, 2022 5:14 pm

I am a new user, I have switched from a nasal mask to nasal pillows. I’m having issues with water pooling in my tube. I do have the unit on a stool below the bed. I have my humidity level on 1. I do keep the house at about 69/70 at night. I’m having to dump the water twice a night. I’m getting the gurgling sound and water coming out my nose. Suggestions please. Thanks!

What you're experiencing is called rainout.

You need to increase the temperature of the hose.
  • Use a heated hose and increase temperature
  • If you don't have a heated hose use a hose cozy
Search for CPAP rainout for other suggestions.
