Hi All -
It's been quite a while since I've been on here. Glad to see some familiar names. I did try to search to see if anyone already asked this question but didn't see anything that quite answered my question.
I recently went from my AirSense 10 to 11. I thought I would tryout the "For Her" mode. What I've noticed is that my AHI has doubled from 1-3 to 4 to 6 events. I've also noticed that I don't feel as rested. My question is if anyone knows if the Airsense 10 was actually missing episodes or if the 11 setting is actually too sensitive. The obvious answer is if I feel more rested with the regular setting (like my old 10) then use the regular setting. But my concern is...am I actually having more events? If I am, maybe I should keep the AirSense for her setting. Also, I've noticed that my high pressure in the "for her" setting is higher and I'm having a few more mask leaks. I'm still using the P10. Yes I am menopausal--but I was menopausal before switching from the 10 to the 11, so I don't think it matters.

Are you using OSCAR to view your nightly therapy results?
If so, posting the screenshots on here will help those in the know, to help you out.
If not, you can find the download link in the stickies at the top of the home page.

Seems like you've already answered your own question though, "I feel worse with the new setting", so go back to what you were used to and see.
Get OSCAR

Re: AirSense 11 regular mode or for her mode
Unfortunately, I don't have the last few months of data from the 10 because data did not upload to the card and it stopped uploading months ago via wifi because of the 3 to 4g change.Iamstumped wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 11:41 amAre you using OSCAR to view your nightly therapy results?

This was very helpful. I didn't see this one on my initial google search. Thank you!LSAT wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 12:10 pmWatch this video...it may help you understand the "for her" algorithm.
