Hi everyone,
I've had my CPAP machine for about a week now and still having trouble configuring the correct settings and understanding the data. I also seem to be taking it off in the middle of the night as my longest night has been 5 hours with it on. My AHI seems to be going down which I guess is good (before CPAP it was 21) but i'm not sure how to interpret everything else and make the proper adjustments.
Here are my settings:
Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset
Min 7 - Max 12
EPR Off
Humidifier Off
Ramp Off
I have a Dreamwear Full Face Mask as i'm a mouth breather when asleep. However, i'm trying to start breathing through my nose due to having extremely dry mouth when waking up and also the air puffing my cheeks up when I open my mouth with the mask on.
Please let me know if I can provide more information about anything. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

welcome to the zoo!
first thing to do is read this thread, particularly step 4-

you're going to want to post a chart here, in this thread, so that forum members can see what's going on. then you'll get some advice as to how to read what's going on.
also, when you get a chance, please go to your profile and fill out your equipment. once that is done, your equipment will show up below each of your posts, as mine does below.
good luck!

Read this tutorial

Don't try to wrap your head around all the graphs and data that you will see because most of it is just reporting normal values anyway.
Concentrate on just the basics and I explained the basics in the above tutorial thread.
I know it's a lot of pages but most of the important stuff is limited to just the first couple of pages of posts.
