Locked out of Encore Pro 2

Hello everyone,

I am locked out of EncorePro 2 and I understand I need; EncoreProUnlockCodeV2 software to reset the password.
Can anyone please help me to get this software? Also if I have to reinstall it or install it on another computer what is the default password?

Unknown password. Something that Respironics would tell DMEs and doctors to do when they got locked out but it was never made public as to what would work.

What did you do to get locked out? Attempt to enter the software and fail 3 times due to something not being right?
That's a guaranteed lock out.

Only thing I know to do is remove all traces of Pro and start over...or you could maybe try it on a different computer.

The default password has always been password1 in the past. It's been years since I have done anything with Pro though and they might have changed it. Passwords and login IDs have always been case sensitive as well.

At the apneaboard there may be new instructions though...
You have to be registered and logged in to see the part of the forum that talks about Encore Pro though.

They have a hidden area for members only that are logged in that explains how to get or use the software.
They used to have instructional text documents that accompanied the actual software download package that explained all the requirements.

I have no idea if any of it has changed.

What machine are you using that you need Encore Pro 2 for?

If you are using a machine that is compatible with OSCAR, you should consider adopting it.
