Hi, I have a very simple question.
I've been trying to get used to using a chinstrap, and with my usual mechanical reasoning , I assumed that you put the chinstrap on first, then the headgear. However, I just saw some chinstrap ads, and some of them showed the chinstrap being put on last, i.e., over the headgear.
So I was just wondering, how do others who use chinstraps put them on? Do you put the chinstrap on first, so it goes under the cpap headgear? Or do you put the cpap headgear on first and the chinstrap second, so it goes over?

Try it both ways--go with the one that works for YOU.
Every face is different; and a chinstrap company will put their product on top,
where it can be seen easily.
Nothing to do with anything else.
For example; fitbits would be far more accurate clipped to your belt;
but nobody would SEE THEM.
