Fisher&Pakel Icon+

Hello,

I just started having issues with my Icon+. The unit has been constantly cycling like it's trying to turn on. The screen is lit and it shows the spinning icons as it was straight up. After a few seconds it goes dark and the starts the same process all over again. This is continue until the unit is unplugged. I leave it unplugged until I need to use it and it seems to work just fine. It randomly will start the above mentioned pattern. Last night was the 1st time it did that while I was sleeping. Very unpleasant to wake up with no air flow. Unit is over 5 years old. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this issue and any fixes if possible. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Insurance usually replaces machines over 5 yrs old... or are you doing it yourself?

F&P icons have a history of power issues.

Perhaps some of the work arounds in this topic can help.

Thanks. I looked into that. We have very high deductible so it's all out of pocket for me unfortunately. I was at my deductible end of last year but there was no cpap machines available. I wasn't allowed to order under old insurance until something was in stock.

Thanks I'll take a look

I replaced my F&P Icon+ with a used Resmed S10 Autoset. I'm glad I did.

Unfortunately used machines have gotten more expensive and harder to find these last couple of years.
