I have been on and off cpap for quite a few years for various reasons. However recently something weird seems to be happening. I take Zoloft 100mg everyday and it doesn’t feel too strong usually. However I have gone back to CPAP and now whenever I take my Zoloft shortly after I feel quite nervous and overstimulated, as if it is having a more intense effect. Has anyone had to reduce the use of certain medications upon using cpap?
Im guessing my cortisol levels have become more stabile and natural serotonin is becoming higher, therefore reducing how much Zoloft is appropriate for adequate serotonin levels?

Since untreated apnea can affect many conditions,
it is often necessary to adjust dosages when using cpap.
This is not at all uncommon.
You need to involve your doctors when doing this.
