all i can remember is the doctor told me i was classed as severe.
Close enough...severe is a lot different than mild...so that gives me the answer I was looking for.

Full face masks and facial hair present extra challenges in terms of leak management. The detailed report showed one big chunk of prolonged large leak but the long term statistics don't point to a huge amount of time in large leak.
Single digit percentage of time in large leak so not horrible. If leaks aren't waking you up I don't know that I would worry about the leaks so much.

How are you finding out i have fragmented sleeping? Is that the session times chart?
Yep...session times are fragmented and not solid. That tells us that you are waking and turning off the machine fairly often. I mention it because fragmented sleep for any reason will make us feel like total dog poo the next day.
There's a real good explanation of how fragmented sleep messes with the sleep architecture (sleep cycles) here in this document. While it is specifically talking about alcohol and how it messes with sleep ...you can plug in the words "anything" in place of alcohol and the results are the same.

Fragmented sleep means the normal sleep cycles get cut short and we end up not having the needed amounts in each sleep stage for the restorative powers of sleep to work their magic.

Now I do realize that when we have small children our sleep is just going to get messed up. It comes with having kids.
But if there are other reasons as well then it wouldn't be impossible for the fragmented sleep to be a factor in how you feel the next day. Is it the whole reason??? Probably not but it can sure play a big part.

Here below is my sleep session graph for last 6 months. I have a little fragmentation but not nearly as much as you do.

The overview graph for your FLs isn't really what we need to see....we need to see the FL graph on the nightly detailed report to get a better idea what the FLs are doing.

This FL graph....mine below...I never have much in FLs so it is really boring.
What does yours look like compared to mine?

With the session times, I'm never really quite sure how accurate it is. For example when I wake up, I turn my machine off and it will say something like "3hrs total use time" But I know full well I turned the mask on when I went to sleep 7hrs ago, so I'm not real sure why it's saying 3? ( fyi that is just an example I can't remember the exact hours it says, but it doesn't add up to the time I went to bed and the time I woke up).

I'm also a shift worker, so that might mess with the session times do you think?

As for the FL graph, I will have a look this afternoon, I'm at work for the next 8hrs ( morning time here in Aus :D )

Yes. Definitely especially if you ever sleep past 12 Noon because that's when the machine starts a new 24 hour recording period. Could very well explain the 3 hour sessions when you know you slept 7 hours....if you slept till 3 PM it would show 3 hour session because it split the 7 hours into 2 sessions. First one 4 hours the day before and the second one at 3 hours from noon to 3 PM.

Your FL graph is a bit active at times but not horribly active. I have seen much, much worse looking FL graphs.

Have you had a chat with your doctor about your continued fatigue and hit by a bus feelings?
Maybe need to have some additional testing done beyond normal routine physical labs?????
Hormone and vitamin D levels along with standard thyroid function testing.

Yes I've spoken to my doctor many times and she keeps telling me "it's normal" "it just takes time to get used to it". I'm in the process of hunting down a different specialist at the moment, and will hopefully get some more help.

What exactly does the Fl chart tell you? Like what does it mean? Sorry to sound incompetent but this OSCAR thing is all new to me lol
