Side sleep / neck sweats

Post by SweatyNeck » Sun May 15, 2022 1:20 am

Daily Wearer for 8+ yrs. Full face mask. Problem: My pillow and shirt are soaked on the side I’m sleeping. Inside of mask is not wet and the side of my face is dry. Cannot find a cause online and my pulmonologist’s office don’t have any idea. It’s not “night sweats” because it’s so specific a location. Hose cover didn’t help. Any ideas of the cause?

Last year, I was having sweating issues, similar to you, that progressively got worse, wasn't night sweats for me either, my pillow, shirt was drenched with sweat. upon waking. Long story short, Endocronologist discovered hormone imbalance was causing, low testosterone. Once I began treatment, sweating stopped. Good luck resolving issue.

So, ask your PCP for a referral to a specialist.
It might not be just a harmless inconvenience.
Could be hormones, or another internal problem.
