Tape the mask to the skin on your face in multiple places so that hopefully the discomfort associated with the tape pulling on the skin will wake you up enough to stop the unwanted removal of the mask.

There's lip-sticking stuff to keep your mouth closed but peel easily, however I'm not sure it's what you want, considering, and maybe talking to the pharmacist would be a good idea. You don't want tape that will take your face off if you do peel in the a.m., but something that will stick enough to wake you.

I can't recommend any one tape product because I really have never used tape except for mouth taping for about 3 months in 2009 and I used blue painters tape back then because I was cheap and I already had a roll of it laying around.

Hi Sam, are you congested when this happens ? Years ago while using nasal mask, I kept removing my mask, every night, mainly due to sinus congestion. Believe I have a thread on the matter, anyway for me what resolved the issue was switching to a full face mask.

I tried everything, even taping, which made it worse. For me, when my sinuses were severly congested, felt as I couldn't breathe through my nose, no air was getting through, reason for removing nasal pillows.

Hope you discover issue, wish you well.

Do you use OSCAR? viewtopic/t88983/Pugsys-PointersSleepyH ... Hints.html
It should show you what happens just before you remove your mask: Events? A leak? A sudden change in pressure if you're in auto mode?
Could you be having a bad leak the makes the machine stop automatically?
If you are on autostart / autostop, disable it / them, maybe a bad leak's noise and continuous blowing will bother you enough to keep you from falling asleep again.
How old is your mask and headgear?
And then the usual: Think of all the other changes that have happened in your life these two weeks.

Use bandage tape, and get a little HAIR under it!
Hopefully, that will wake you enough to STOP doing that.
Failing that, wear mittens to bed. Tape them on, if necessary.

Hi I used this initially under my headgear since I’m an open-mouth breather but found wearing it OVER my nasal pillows helps to keep my headgear in place..

I tried the Ruby--it immediately gave me a splitting headache--
and I NEVER have headaches that severe!
I gave the wretched thing away.
