Grits, of course.
Crickets can be a bit gritty.

Re: AveoTSD
New to the forum, hello. I alternate between full face CPAP and a tongue stabilizing device. I used good morning snore solutions for months but stopped after my gums started hurting. Using the aveo now whenever I have good nasal breathing. I have life long rhinitis and a deviated septum, so nasal breathing is challenging for me. On a good day I can rely on the TSD and be fine for the night. The reason I tried looking for something like this is because I notice that when I lie on my back, I can easily and consciously collapse my airways, but if I stick my tongue out I can't. My experience is anecdotal, but for me this kind of device partly helps. Just wanted to share my thoughts.

Re: AveoTSD
Why are you going through life suffering from that? There are very good treatments. Have a consultation with an ENT.

Re: AveoTSD
FYI: Insurance (even Medicare) may cover surgery to correct a deviated septum.
Phobias over surgery/anesthesia are fairly common;
Even though I have gone under the knife many times,
I get general anesthesia in spite of my fear.
It has always been worth it.
