New resmed airsense 10 user

2nd CPAP machine in 10 years. Too much pressure and wake in the night with parched mouth. I use nasal pillows, have TMJ wear a double mouth guard. My dentist says no chin strap or full facemask due to tmj but I'm tempted to try chin strap anyway. Now have painful gum ulcer from dryness. Need suggestions.

these may be found at your local drugstore as well, in the oral health section. i know for sure they can be found at walgreen's and rite aid.

also, instead of a chin strap, have you considered a firm foam cervical collar?-

again, can be found at your local drugstore. look in the section for us older folk, where they keep the cans and bedpans and such.

good luck!
