Aerophagia and EPR

Post by DaveS_ » Thu Jan 20, 2022 1:56 pm

Lateley I have been experiencing a bit of Aeorphagia, (bloating of the belly, gassy, crampy), and I remember reading that EPR setting could affect this. I will try lowering my min-max pressure tonite, but was wondering if I should change my EPR from 3 to a lower setting like 1 or 2?

Actually more EPR the better when it comes to trying to deal with aerophagia.
If you reduce your EPR it could very well make the aerophagia worse.

Besides...always best to keep any changes to a minimum so you can best judge any results.
Lower your minimum a bit and see if that helps or not.
