some nights, i can hear it through the pillow when i sleep on my side.
Wonder if you are hearing normal motor noise sometimes because the noise gets conducted through the hose.
Do you use some sort of hose management system or does the hose just lay on the bed???
Since it comes and goes and isn't constant...makes me wonder what causes the change because something changed.

Conducted noise can and will change.

I can hear a small amount of motor noise with my machine only if I put my ear directly on the machine. I hear the faint change between inhale and exhale of the motor.

I have never heard of the SD card causing a machine to not power on.
It makes no sense.
I doubt that the 16 GB card is full though...that would take years and years I would think.
Most likely the SD card went bad somewhere...never heard of any machine not wanting to power on with a bad card in it.

Not doubting you...but that's a new one on me.

What happens if you put a new SD card in the machine?
Works perfectly.

I did notice that the water chamber was a bit loose, I'll try pushing it in further.

you know, that may well be the case. i do use a management system of sorts. the hose hangs but it's not completely clear of the bed. about 6" or so can drape on the mattress or pillow depending on where i lay.

i may try shortening up the reach and see what happens. i want to be careful though. i have the hose hanging somewhat off center. don't want to turn over and yank the mask off of my nose!
