Well from what I can see on the left hand side #27 is highlighted. The first one was event 28, my mistake. And I am sorry for being so dense but I don’t understand what you mean about needing to see the flow rate better. ..Do you mean with a 3-4 min window. If I will hunt hiw to change the default.

Event timed at 3:25....that's the first CA event of that particular cluster....
that would show the breathing prior to 3:25 and give a hint as to whether or not you were even asleep prior to 3:25.

Here's what the difference in segment times looks like.
You can change the zooming in by using right arrow or left arrow on key board after clicking on whatever timed event you have highlighted.

I need to see what the flow rate looks like prior to the first flagged event in that cluster.

2 1/2 minute segment.....

I am sorry I am being so slow. First I am on a Macbook. My arrows move forward and back in time. I zoom in by clicking and zoom out by using escape. The time slots on my events are 3 mins. i.e., they show 3:00 am to 3:30 am as a default which is increments of 3 mins.per mark unless I have forgotten my math. I am attaching the default, the first zoom in and the second zoom in on the 3:25 am event.

I am not sure what else to do, so don't worry about it or waste any more time on it. I am good. And thank you.

And I use Windows and have never used a Mac.

Anyway...while the vertical scale isn't quite what I need....I am fairly confident that the breathing prior to the flagged event doesn't represent asleep breathing. It's just a bit irregular overall. Asleep breathing is VERY rhythmic and even and regular.
Your breaths don't look exactly regular. While not as irregular as the examples of mine above....not asleep either.
I am thinking maybe half awake kind of thing or maybe a bit of tossing and turning.

There is a way to change the scale for the flow rate but I don't remember how to do it on Windows...much less on a Mac. Sorry.

For now....I would suggest that you just keep an eye out and see how often this sort of thing happens and if it becomes a habit we do more work figuring out how to educate you on asleep vs arousal breathing and getting the scale to a point that we can best evaluate things.

Sometimes stuff happens that we just can't explain away. I once had 17 centrals in 17 minutes about 90 minutes prior to my wake up time. Sure looked like I was asleep to me. Anyway....only happened the one time so I just shrugged my shoulders and moved on.

If you do wake up during the night with a leak or mask fit issue...reach over and turn the machine off and then right back on again. This will show up as a break in the therapy pressure line and flow rate...and give you a known awake time frame and that way if you have some flagged events either right before or right after the break in therapy you will know that they are wake related false positives and can ignore them.

Up and down arrows should zoom in and out, or out and in,

I think that you were asleep, but it would be more clear if you'd right click (or command click? if you have an one button mouse) on the vertical 'flow rate' and do a couple things, turn on the dotted line at zero, and override the y axis, setting it from -60 to 60, one thing that still hasn't been fixed in Oscar is making the scaling more intelligent.

As it is, the breath forms are too squished to really tell for sure what their shape is.

When you select an event, use the arrow keys to move the event over to the right side of the chart, we're not that interested in what happens after the event, it's the minutes leading up to it that we're looking for.

try this:
hit the events tab, click on an event.
move your mouse over to the flow rate chart, click 'down arrow' twice, and 'left arrow' 3 times. that should zoom you out and move the target event closer to the right side of the screen, giving a couple of minutes of breathing before the event happens.

On my Mac, I use right or left mouse click to zoom in or out. Up or down arrow also work to zoom in or out.

Left click and dragging to select the view area also works.

OK gurus, here is the chart after overriding the defaults as instructed and moving it to the right and zooming in a little. I am beginning to feel like the student in class who just does not "quite get it." But I try, lol.

Fyi, the last three nights, the CA's, whether true ones or false ones, have really increased, up from 5 ish to 10 and 11. And a Cheyne Stokes respiration rate of 7% which I used to only see in my dying patients back when I was working as an RN. OH well, always said I wanted to die in my sleep.

I am going to send you a Private Message in a few minutes...so look for it in a bit.
I am going to send you my private email address because I would like for you to send me a zipped/compressed copy of your SD card. Do you know how to compress/zip the entire SD card? It must be the entire card in one zip/compress step...I can't do bits and pieces.
I want to put your SD card contents into my OSCAR so I can see your data better. I have to have an exact copy of your SD card to do that.

Got it. Short on time and will dig deeper later but I grabbed this screen shot to start with.

I circled the asleep breathing in red. Note the big gulps of air just to the right of the last part of the red circle...those big gulps are arousal/awake breathing. We don't breathe like that when asleep. Everything that follows those gulps of air are suspected arousal related flagged events and your CSR flagged stuff...looks like normal waxing and waning of the breathing patterns...they don't look like real CSR breaths.
CSR is a form of periodic breathing and periodic breathing is nothing more than a waxing and waning of the breaths that last for at least 2 minutes. CSR is but one of many several forms of PB.

More later when I have more time to dig deeper....but for tonight how about we try reducing EPR just on the off chance EPR is a factor??? Right now EPR is set to 3...how about reducing it to 1????

How did you sleep last night????
sfc1.PNG
This is your CSR ...
sfccsr.PNG
and this is what real CSR looks like...yours doesn't look like that.
