Insert to keep nose open?

Post by ejackson1200 » Sat Oct 16, 2021 11:57 am

Larry's dentist recommended something to help keep his nostrils open and said, " I use it myself in addition to my cpap" .
Anyone know what he might have been talking about? He spoke so quickly at the appointment that I couldn't keep up and now can't read my own writing and I hoped to order the item this weekend.
Thanks,
Eileen

Probably some sort of internal nasal dilator and if you google "internal nasal dilators" you can find some information.
As to which brand????? Unknown unless you can get a brand name.

Breathe Right strips might do the trick better.

This is a bit surprising. For me, the CPAP pressure keeps the nostrils (and the other parts of the airway) open. Maybe some have a different experience?
