One night I had 25 CA's all within about the same amount of minutes.

In oscar, where it shows the CA event, is the number in brackets the seconds that it occured for?

When would central apnea be deemed a serious problem?
Need to average at least 5 centrals per hour consistently night after night and pretty much for the bulk of the night...and they need to be real asleep centrals as well and not awake related.

I had a night last month where I simply couldn't fall asleep. Lots of tossing and turning and pausing my breathing and not realizing it. I never actually went to sleep until approx 01:30. None of that mess counts since I wasn't asleep.

And yes...number in brackets next to timed event on the Events Tab is duration in seconds.

Whenever you're having so many of them that it starts causing oxygen desaturations.
