I finally got closer to having the Dreamports on correctly. The Lava soap idea helped.
Well, if no one will. I will say a little something.
Now that you have things (mostly) under control.
Give it a few days or a week to let things settle in. Hopefully the Centrals will get fewer and you can start to nudge
your minimum pressure up to get those OAs knocked out.
Come back to this thread and give us another chart to look at if things do not get better.
We will keep trying to help as long as you need help.
Good luck.

Thanks. Everyone has helped me immensely. I'm a lot better than a few weeks ago.

I've been away, and it's nice to come back and see you doing better. Jimbud has given you some good advice. Stick with your current settings a little longer. If you continue to see more than a couple of OAs, you can try inching up your minimum.
CAs can be very inconsistent from one night to the next, so see how those seem to be settling. Your flow limitations are definitely better with the EPR of 1, and so long as it doesn't provoke more CAs, an increase to EPR of 2 (and later, 3) would be well worth trying, given the improvement in the quality of sleep you're seeing with 1.

Bleep’s nightly facial wipes, designed to remove the oils on the skin, you should properly dry your face and skin around
your nose and cheeks. Then you can begin the process of application.
From a chat with Stuart the thing about soap is they're all different and contain oils, lotions and mess of greasy byproducts that stay on your nose after you wash it and it effects the tape staying on. The oilier your skin the stronger the astringent should probably be. Just my two cents, given everybody's got different skin and results are going to vary. If it stays on, then whatever you're doing must work. If it don't, try something that strips out the pores a bit deeper.

I haven't posted in a while because I was having too much trouble with the Bleep DreamPorts - I just couldn't get rid of the leaks. I have reverted back to the Resmed N30 and have pretty much "settled in." I have posted, below, my OSCAR data. Any further thoughts are appreciated.

Things are looking pretty good! I'd suggest raising your minimum a tad, as jimbud suggested, to see whether that helps with OAs, so try raising it by .2 cm increments, sticking with each new setting for at least 3-4 nights to see whether you can spot any trends.
I'd recommend doing that first; once you have the OAs trimmed, then you might want to add 1 cm of EPR to see how that goes. If it reduces FLs without making much difference to CAs, then after a few weeks you might try 3.
All of this is just minor tweaking. Ideally you'd be feeling refreshed during the day with an AHI generally under 2, maybe even 1. With that as your goal, let's see whether little adjustments might help you reach it. When you reach your goal, stop tweaking and just roll with what you've got.

yeah, to expand on what miss e said; can you see where the pressure bumps the maximum setting of 16? and look on the the events graph. it's right where the obstructives occur.
you machine is fighting with it's hands tied. when you bump the max up, it'll be free to fight!

Thank you. I will further follow your course.
