Leaks and centrals help! Oscar chart attached

Post by earnerd » Sat Aug 28, 2021 1:20 pm

Hi all! :) -- AHI wise, this was the lowest I've had in two weeks with my new Autoset (previous DreamStation user). I am trying to get things dialed in and wondered if anyone sees anything glaring that might improve my sleep.

I see at the beginning of the night that I am having some issues with leaks. These are not waking me up. Any ideas on what I can do to improve things? Like what is going on with all those centrals at the end of the night?

I am also attaching another night where leaks are an issue at the beginning, but centrals being more evenly distributed.

check to see if you were really asleep when those centrals were flagged.

Hi Pugsy,

I did indeed did wake up (indicated by my oura ring, which I find to be very accurate for times I am awake) right around each of these areas indicated as centrals. Great thought.

It's more of a mixed bag of real centrals and possible wake-up in the screenshot second screenshot...
