Is there a doctor in the house?

Post by MartinGuitars » Fri Aug 27, 2021 2:02 pm

I have been reading posts but I am not seeing anything where a doctor (perhaps) on a cpap has posted yet. Let me know if I am wrong. At first my concern was going to sleep without my device. Now I am realizing that there is nothing out there specific to the toxins other than their name as well as a doctors thoughts on where we as users of the Phillips machines are headed or should be headed or is this a 10-20 year thing before what ever could happen.

Phillips states there can be headaches, sinus issues BUT they have had no deaths. I doubt when people started smoking anyone saw another person go down.
Just wondering.

I'm not quite sure what you're looking for MG, but here's an article with some quotations from a physician:

Oscar software is available at https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR/

No doctor is going to out themselves here. They could get sued. I'm sure there are some but doubt they are commenting.

Forum members have reported headaches, sinus problems, strokes, cancer, heart disease, asthma attacks, coughing, allergies, and broken bones with every brand of CPAP machine. Forum members who used machine brands other than Philips have died.
