ResMed Software

Post by charlesrshell » Sun Oct 01, 2017 9:38 am

My ResMed software has gotten corrupted so I uninstalled it. I cannot find the link in the forum for some reason. Can you send to me? I have a S9 AutoSet and my system is Windows 10. Thank you very much for your help.

You can use SleepyHead and you can find it here
https://sleep.tnet.com/equipment

If you want ResScan you have to follow the instructions for how to get ResScan. Just read down the page until you see the ResMed stuff and how to obtain ResScan is explained.

Are you getting the msg “Pure Virtual Call” before it closes? I may not be recalling the msg correctly. I started getting the error after the last Windows 10 update.

Apneaboard.com has the instructions for getting the software. I still had the zip file. Repairing, uninstalling/reinstalling didn’t fix my copy.

It's probably a New Feature in Windows 10. Jim

In other O.S. it's call a bug, in Windows it's a feature.

ResScan works fine on my Windows 10 computer.
That said...sometimes programs just break for any number of reasons and it's just easier to go get it again than to try to fix it.
