Mine is the same level every morning. It seems to drop about 50-60% from
the line. My heater is set on 2 and I haven't changed it.

I would ask the DME or whoever you bought it from. If a company like Apria,
they have techs who "should" be able to answer you.

Good Luck.....

Installing Software is like pushing a rope uphill.
I have Encore Pro 1.8.65 but could not find it listed
under software.

I LOVE the SV.

pharmwoman, yes, mine does the same thing and I would like to know what, if anything, this means as well.

idahogal and pharmwoman,

Neither of you indicate that you have the software to monitor your treatment. My observations show me that when I have a larger leak rate at night then I will have less water left in the morning. A lower leak rate, more water left. The more air volume that moves through the humidifier, the more water you will use. This also was the case with my passover humidifier.

I don't use software. I go by how I feel each day and adjust accordingly. The humidifier does not seem to reflect "good" nights and "bad" nights. Maybe it is leaks, but I can't seem to tell a difference in my sleep quality in correlation with the humidifier level.

Leaks won't necessarily affect your treatment. My leakage varies from and average of 38 to about 52 LPM and I see very little if any difference in my numbers. I do however see a difference in the water left in the humidifier in the morning. I have a full beard and sometimes the mask just wants to leak at my chin no matter what I do. It was because of this that I wanted the software and card reader to make sure that I wasn't compromising my treatment because I don't like to shave.

I have long noticed a correlation between ambient humdity levels and how quickly a humdifier gets drained.

Machine temperature also seems to play a large factor in that.
