Do you have the data "Changes to Machine Settings" from Statistics?
Sure thing.

Never took Adderall.
OK sorry-- it looked like you responded
In the beginning there was definitely a boost and pronounced effect. Now it feels like it is more subtle and some days feels like it doesn't do anything at all.
to the guy who was dropping 60 mg IR, but whatever.

Oh yes that was me. 60mg IR Adderall is a huge dose, I'm nowhere near that lol. Adderall and Vyvanse are both amphetamine meds, tolerance is a pain for sure

Yup! I guess that's the danger of getting advice on the Internet, everyone is an expert with a different opinion. Am I better off to just go back and see a sleep therapist? Seems so hit and miss from what I've seen with other users but maybe they can get me a PSG?
Well, you could, but why don't we see how your latest settings work for a bit. You've got a much better machine than what you had with the old nightmarestation, the new machine is much more responsive to your needs, and the best thing would probably be to see if you can get good results with what you have.

Let's not make any changes *at all* to your machine after that last one that I suggested, for *at least* a week.

Can you clarify this? Are you on or off (that) meth?

First some math. The above sample has 76 breaths. The night that it comes from has ~6630 breaths. The 6 studies you submitted (one was a duplicate) have ~39,780 breaths. Even if one looks at windows with 76 breaths at a time it takes an LFT to look through the stuff. So when those guys at TOF look at SkyLab View for 5 seconds and come up The Answer which includes arbitrarily wingin' them dials around it shouldn't come as much of a surprise that nothing works (OK if somebody posts an OAI of 70 and they're on fixed 5.0 cmH2O or a 95% Leak Rate of 90 L/M they will often stumble onto a worthwhile suggestion).

In answer to your question ResMed has no VB equivalent (one other manufacturer has a Wake Suspension mode I forgot who it's here in the forum somewhere). So if you have crap ResMed will attack it. The above is Wake Crap there's no FLs but RM merrily does algorithm-based auto-DWing. That attack also triggers some wax/wane.

As an aside SleepHQ only puts up one pressure signal so keep in mind what the settings are.

Above from 18 May.

These are probablies:

Two isolated FLs F/B pressure attacks (OK, only a few 0.0 cmH2O, but there appears to be disturbances in sleep continuity that immediately follow).

So I believe where we're going here (still need 39.5K breaths reviewed) is

1. Your sleep inherently sucks.
2. Taking crazymeds makes it worse.
3. Poking it with a stick doesn't help.
4. Is attack mode helping or hindering, especially if the events are isolated?

Consider the Jason Premise.

If you get your sleep study and it has sleep stages that would be helpful, but absent that we need a surrogate to try to figure out how much you sleep. There are other parameters we can use to fake it, as above. Red blocks are the areas of good sleep. Anything else isn't. Or not sleep at all. IMO.

Can you operate on 3 hours of sleep?

Right. That's why you're here.

Stay in your lane. Pharmacology is clearly not in your wheelhouse.

Adderall and Methamphetamine are nowhere near bioequivalents.

Bruv, I am taking XR (extended-release) not IR (immediate-release). It's 30mg BID (twice daily) for a total of 60mg, so I'll give you partial credit.

You're like Chat GPT 4 sometimes, confidently wrong.
