Oh, what a royal pain! Yes, the droplet is a humidity icon. Go into your settings to see whether the humidity is set at 4. If that's not your preferred setting, then change it.
Thanks for that , now changed it.

Any thoughts on the above most welcome.
My guess is that you have a heated hose and you didn't get it connected back on quite right, so the machine doesn't recognize that you have a heated hose.
Thanks , you are spot on . The problem was heated hose electrical connection was not making contact . So I used some electronic aerosol spray contact cleaner which worked now the ResMed machine is recognizing the heated hose ok.

I understand you brought your Airsense 10 across the pond.
Has the internal clock been reset for local time?
The day is intended to roll over at noon, which keeps your night together.

I am now experiencing a problem. After putting my face mask on ( Phillips Respironics DreamWear Full Face ) in the beginning every thing feels normal , the mask fits well with no apparent leaks , but as time progresses , normally around 1 – 2 hours after putting the mask on , the mask starts to feel uncomfortable , like the air pressure is becoming too much and then I can feel and hear air escaping from the edge of the mask, that's when I have to remove the mask.

These below are the current ResMed machine settings .....

Mode – AutoSet
Max Pressure – 14.0
Min Pressure – 7.0
Mask – Full Face
Response – Soft
Ramp Time – Off
EPR – On
EPR Type – Full Time
EPR Level – 2
Climate Ctrl – Auto
Tube Temp – 16 C
AB filter – No
Essentials – Plus
Smart Start – On

Ive attached my latest OSCAR report , that seems to show a rise in air pressure only around the 1 AM time period .

At my sleep apnea beginners stage I’m not sure what I can do to stop the above problem , may be by adjusting the ResMed machine settings ?.

Any thoughts , suggestions or recommendations most welcome

Have you watched some youtube videos on fitting and adjusting your mask model?

Thanks , not yet , good idea .

I was wondering why the mask leak only first occurred several hours after first putting it on my face , seem a bit strange .

Facial oils...sweat...maybe impacting mask seal quality????

Hi and thanks for your suggestion .

When the mask leak only occurs only after an hour or two , I have been quickly cleaning my face and re fitting the mask , but with in a few minuets the same problem occurs ..... ( but as time progresses , normally around 1 – 2 hours after putting the mask on , the mask starts to feel uncomfortable , like the air pressure is becoming too much and then I can feel and hear air escaping from the edge of the mask ).

I wonder if altering any of the ResMed machine setting numbers , may in some way stop the mask leaking that only occurs after an hour or two after I first put on the mask . I wonder if this problem is some thing to do with the length of time the ResMed machine has been switched on and has been running.

It might and it might not affect the leak but there is a sizable increased chance of apnea events materializing if the pressure is lowered....I assume you are thinking of limiting the pressures.

And why do you think this?

Yes I was wondering if lowering the pressure may in some way stop the problem , it seems strange that this mask leaking occurrence does not happen within the first few hours of first wearing the mask , but always one or two hours after the mask has been on my face
