I am wondering if the higher AHI nights that correlate with feeling like crap or more from poor sleep quality itself and not necessarily the flagged events. Especially since you seem to have a higher number of CAs/centrals flagged.
Those flagged events might be more of a symptom of poor sleep than the cause of the poor sleep.
You might want to look at the flow rate and figure out if your flagged events are real asleep events or awake/arousal false positive flagged events.
Watch the videos here to learn how to distinguish them.

Bear in mind that "more pressure" will only reduce asleep flagged OAs and hyponeas....
More pressure does absolutely nothing for centrals/CAs no matter if they are asleep or arousal related.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
If you want to try the Eclipse mask and want a special promo code to get a little off the price...send me a private message.
