Re: Oscar migration
Entirely up to you - some do it every day, others weekly, etc. etc.
The point is to use it, look at it, tweak if necessary but not 'just because', and come to conclusions re how you're doing.
Oh, and look at results prior to noon because machines start 'day' then and if you look for results at e.g. 2 pm for the previous night you'll only get 2 hrs' worth.

Re: Oscar migration
Once my therapy was optimized and stable, there was no need to look at OSCAR. I just check the daily report of my machine's screen as soon as I get up each morning. If the AHI or pressure should be high, I would look at some details in OSCAR.wizard of ahz wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 8:57 amexcuse this simple question, but I can't seem to find an answer.

That's the advantage of OSCAR. It's a great tool for achieving consistently effective CPAP therapy.

i import mine once a week, down from daily. i feel that eventually, i'll not be looking at it at all.
as a newbie, you could, if you want, post your charts here in the forum for peer review. that is, if you feel you need any help optimizing your therapy.
good luck!

Re: Oscar migration
thank you for the quick response.
I'm currently downloading weekly.
thanks for the charts info, think I'll do that but my therapy SEEMS to be going great. I've been in a CPAP for about 5 years now and just now finding OSCAR and these groups

Re: Oscar migration
It depends on you, your machine and your comfort level with the potential of lost data.
For example the ResMed S9 stores:
More modern systems like the Air 10 / 11, store a lot more data so you don't have that limitation.
For example the ResMed S9 stores:
- 365 Summary Sessions
- 30 Detail Sessions
- 7 high-rate detailed sessions
More modern systems like the Air 10 / 11, store a lot more data so you don't have that limitation.

You keep asking questions about the behaviour of your machine, and you haven't even mentioned what kind of machine you have.
