I understand OSCAR is similar to SH. Can I migrate my settings/layout (which I have tweaked over the years) to OSCAR or must I start from scratch?
When you start OSCAR for the first time, it will offer to migrate your SleepyHead data folder to a new OSCAR_Data folder. That process will take care of any conversion required. You will have the same profiles and data in the new OSCAR data folder as you had in the SleepyHead folder.

I finally got around to downloading OSCAR 1.2.0 for Windows 10 Pro on AMD Ryzen 3600 AMD 5600XT GPU.
Everything seems to be working except there are NO GRAPHS!
What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?

I am using a Resmed Air Curve 10 ASV With heated hose and O2 injector.

What machine brand and model?

The equipment profile link is broken so we can't see what equipment you are using.

Also, were you using OSCAR before, and what version? Please post a screenshot of the Daily and Statistics pages.

This is the first time in ten years I have tried to post pictures. I am not good at it.
I have used several versions of sleepyhead and OSCAR. OSCAR 1.1 I think is the last.
Never had problems like this with graphs before.

I haven't seen a report like this before. I hope the problem is as simple as your not being able to see the graphs.

The OSCAR window has three areas horizontally -- the daily (left) sidebar, the graphs, and the right sidebar. It looks like your daily sidebar has been expanded to maximum width and the graph area width reduced to zero.

As you move your cursor to the right edge of the daily sidebar, it will change into a "pull" cursor. Click and pull left to see if that opens up the graph area. If move the mouse to the left makes the right sidebar wider, then you've moved the mouse too far to the right and have picked up the separator between the graph area and the right sidebar.

If you have problems grabbing the proper separator, instead click on View/Daily sidebar to disable the daily sidebar. The graphs should then appear. Then click on View/Daily sidebar again to make the daily sidebar visible again. The graphs will be seriously shrunk but will be visible. Now grab the separator between the daily sidebar and the graph area and pull it left to make the daily sidebar narrower and the graph area wider.

To take a screenshot for posting, press F12 or select View/Take screenshot.

That was way too simple. You have a good eye.

newb here!

I've been using Oscar for a couple weeks to download data from my resmed 10. It's been working as expected until today. I tried downloading from the same SD card and reader that I have been using the past weeks. Now Oscar locks up when showing the dialog in the image below. It's locked up and does not load or let me cancel the operation. I have to kill the oscar app in the task manager. Even that sometimes does not work. I have to reboot to get rid of it.

I'm running windows 10 pro on a pretty descent pc. lots of SSD and memory etc..

Any ideas how to get around this? I've tried reinstalling Oscar. still a problem.

I've not seen this problem before. Could you test something for me? When this happens, start Task Manager and let me know what percent CPU OSCAR is using. I suspect the answer will either be zero or "a lot," which would be a clue about what is happening.

Now, for a workaround. At this time OSCAR is trying to determine whether there are any USB devices on your system that might be SD cards. Have you changed your computer configuration in any way since OSCAR last worked successfully? Most importantly, have you changed your USB configuration? Is there another SD card or removable drive connected that wasn't connected before? If so, try removing it. If that fixes it, let me know what the new device was so we can investigate how it is interfering with the SD card search process.

Just an little update. Later yesterday I left the Oscar app running with the dialog from my print screen in the background. Several minutes, not sure how many maybe 15+ I noticed it actually prompting me to read the data from my "H:" drive. So in the end it works. Just takes a long time to find the SD card/reader.

This morning, I tried and it works quickly. I agree your probably onto something about the USB configuration changing causing Oscar to take a long tome to find the drive. Since it found it yesterday, today it loaded quickly.

Thanks for the help. looks like I am running fine now.

I don't think we have had many requests for APEX support. I know I've never seen what the data looks like for an APEX machine. I am curious what the data looks like. If you are willing, make a zip file of the SD card and upload it to my Dropbox folder. It is not likely we would add support in the near future though.
