Have had same as you Pugsy.
I just recently changed from HP to Mac book Air and just wrote it off as that.
The error message happens even if I am not logged on.
I just reload and continue on.
I have had the "someone posted before you (and it was me) alert" occasionally since I have been on here. Just figured it was old nimble fingered me.
Has been happening more often recently, and I do not post as often as I used to.

For what it's worth. :D

At least I am not alone or crazy.

It's still happening this morning. It has to be the forum software acting up. I will report it to Carolyn tomorrow and have her get the IT guy on it.

I just click submit and then back out of the page for now. Annoying but there is a way around it for now.

I just sent Carolyn a note about the situation with links to my 2 threads which I only posted once....so if you guys/gals are having any issues....be sure to mention them here so she will see them.

Over the last couple days I've been experiencing a lot of delay when whenever a forum action is initiated. Occasional, it will result in a SQL error page being displayed. The delay is likely responsible for the occasional double posting and posting errors.

I would guess, everyone is experiencing the same thing.

I made a post in your duplicate thread about response time. My response time on this site looks more like DSL than high speed cable. This is the only site I regularly visit where I am having this problem. I first noticed this problem two or three days ago.
