While this obviously has nothing to do with CPAP, it certainly has a lot to do with getting sufficient quality sleep (for all parties concerned)(which is the whole point of all of this).

Pediatric Insomnia

The team of Owens and Mindell are the BEST when it comes to childhood sleep.

Get The Drugs!

While somewhat dated, I think this makes the point.
