Smoke smell is very minimal. I have not tried to clean up the smoke smell at all so if you wanted me to try and sanitize the smoke smell somehow let me know how and I will try.

It has 162 run hours.

EXACTLY what does the machine say on the face of the machine as to model NAME?
Example....does it say ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto or maybe ResMed AirCurve 10 ST or ST-A or maybe ASV?
Extremely critical to know exact model.

Folks the forum software is acting up .....again.
I don't know what is going on but the OP in this thread doesn't seem to get his "approval" as a poster to stick.
So no matter how many times he posts and I approve the post then the next one won't show up.
THEN when I make a post then I get a general error message and it looks like my post doesn't go through but it really did because when I go to click submit again I see my post as a "someone has posted something" kind of thing.
This has happened in the past.
AND it started again last night....

I don't know what is going on and I have been too ill to send Carolyn a message so bear with me.

To the OP.....you may try to post and not see it and then keep posting the same thing....like you did with the comment about the model being the ST-A model name.....I had to okay each post then I removed the duplicates.
So if you post again and don't see your post immediately don't keep repeating yourself....it's a forum software issue and I will probably need to keep okaying your posts and I will as soon as I have seen it.
Typically after the first new account post gets approved I don't have to keep approving each post but something weird is going on and with your account it's not working like it should. Please be patient.

The main problem is I have been ill and I may not see it quickly.....just bear with me. Long story as to my illness that I will update you guys/gals on as soon as I feel up to it. I haven't been able to keep my eye on things like I normally do.

Several local area codes to me are 908 and 973.
